MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE
TPF Engineering Pvt. Ltd. formerly a part of S. N. Bhobe & Associates Pvt. Ltd. was founded by the Late Mr. Damodar N. Bhobe and Mr. Subhashchandra N. Bhobe, a civil engineer and an architect respectively. The two brothers started operations for SNBAPL in 1964, and the firm was converted to a Private Limited company in 2003. The Late Mr. Damodar N. Bhobe was the Chairman of the board until his demise on 26th July 2016.
MR. ATUL D. BHOBE (MANAGING DIRECTOR)
Mr. Atul D. Bhobe holds an M.S.E. from the University of Michigan and a B.E. in Civil Engineering from VJTI, University of Mumbai, showcasing his strong academic foundation.
Joining S.N. Bhobe & Associates in 1986, he currently leads TPF Engineering Pvt. Ltd. as Managing Director, bringing over 33 years of expertise in bridge and structural consultancy.
Active in various IRC committees, he is vital for modernizing IRC codes and has contributed extensively through more than 200 technical papers at national and global forums.
Under his leadership, TPF Engineering continues to thrive through strategic diversification and a focus on specialized engineering services tailored to complex infrastructure needs.

MR. THOMAS SPITAELS (DIRECTOR)
Active member of Board of Directors
Co-founder of TPF Group, he chairs the Executive Committee since 2003, having been its Managing Director since 1991. Graduated in Commercial Engineering, he joined the group in 1987 after working with L'OREAL and Publicis.
